If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you within the 7day Returns Policy period.
Try on or Test your item to make sure you absolutely love it! If not, you can easily return it in three easy steps:
Step 1 : Request a return by logging in and going to My Returns within the first 30 days of receiving your goods.
Step 2 : Fill out the return form (this will be inside your delivery box and you will be emailed a link to download it) and place it in the parcel.
Step 3 : Return the parcel using your preferred option:
Courier : Ship the parcel to us using a courier or the Post Office. Since we do offer such discounted prices, the cost of the return is at your cost
Collection :Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provide. A shipping fee of R75 will be charged for returns collected by us and will be deducted from the refund due.
Drop off (Cape Town only): Drop-off your return at our office in Woodstock.
As soon as we receive your return we will contact you regarding your exchange and/or a refund.
Please note that:
We DO NOT accept returns on cables, Screen protector, Phone Cover.
We DO accept returns on, watches, sunglasses and jewelry
We do not accept returns on orders that are sent back to us exceeding the 7 days Returns Policy period.
No refund on shipping fees
No EFT refunds are given on gift vouchers. Another voucher will be issued to you.
Some accessories are covered by supplier warranties, please refer to the relevant description when purchasing the items.

Please note that:
If a watch cannot be repaired it will be replaced.
It can take between 2-4 weeks for an item to be repaired.
If we cannot be replaced, you will be refunded.
Do all products have warranty?
Our warranty is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. The following items are excluded from warranty: Cables, pouches, screenguards and all items on sale. Please note that warranty on E-cigarette devices only cover for the battery unit.
Refunds
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please note that the time period begins the day you receive your purchase. Unless expressly otherwise stated Items can only be returned & exchanged for a period of 7 Working days after you have received your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or give you a call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We can also make arrangement to transfer the amount due via EFT to your nominated bank account
Return & Refund Handling Fees
All returned items that require a refund will garner a handling fee of the greater of R350 or 15% of the item sale price.
Tampering
Items that have been tampered with – physically opened, cables removed, side panels & backplates removed, or where the item has been deemed to be altered by the User, may either be denied a return or reimbursement or will be charged a handling fee of 25% of the item sale price.
Non-returnable Items
Non-returnable items are considered as final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded. Non-returnable items include:

Items need to be returned in the same condition as what they were received. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, majorly scratched or missing contents could be denied a return.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@itakemore.com
Sale items We will gladly refund you even if you bought the product during a promotion, what you spend is what we refund you

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
